Endure Strong Continues To Grow, Helping Over 100 Events Conduct Post-Race Survey Campaigns

The Endure Strong survey platform, the only free survey platform made specifically for the endurance sports community, reached a milestone by helping over 100 events conduct free post-race surveys. Race directors producing running and multisport races have used the Endure Strong survey platform to get free and simple feedback from their athletes.

Endure Strong is excited by the growing interest in its survey platform. Meaningful feedback helps race directors maintain knowledgeable of the needs and wants of their athletes. Endure Strong is happy to provide this survey for free because it helps endurance events continue to improve and better serve the local communities.

Endure Strong has helped The Biggest Loser RunWalk Race Series get feedback for their events which take place in various cities around the country. The feedback has helped them find weaknesses and strengths at both the individual event level and the combined race series level. Christina Knabjian, former director of marketing and public relations for The Biggest Loser RunWalk Race Series, said, “I would highly recommend this tool for any race director. It is a seamless, fast and easy process for our participants to share their feedback.”

Endure Strong takes pride in providing the easiest solution for race directors to get critical feedback from their athletes. The survey platform utilizes a standard survey template so the race director saves time by not having to create the survey. By simply claiming an event from Endure Strong’s massive race directory, the survey platform automatically creates the online survey and provides a link for the race director to send out to their athletes with an invitation for them to participate.

The survey participation rates are averaging above 25%. The high survey participation rate is contributed to its simplistic and up-to-date design. Unlike most online surveys, the Endure Strong survey is clean in appearance, advances automatically after each response, easy to use on any electronic device, and is short so it doesn’t frustrate the survey participant. A lot of research and development went into the survey in order to ensure high participation and completion rates. Endure Strong believes that the survey participation and completion rates will stay high and will even rise as endurance athletes become more familiar with its ease of use and practicality.

The Endure Strong survey platform has a dashboard for the race director to monitor the survey campaign process in real-time. Survey scores and comments are automatically sorted and compiled, making it very simple for the race director to use. All survey participant ratings and comments are strictly confidential. At the end of the survey campaign, race directors are able to save and print the survey results to keep for their records and/or share with the event committee.

About

Growing up in Colorado you can't help but love the outdoors. Something magical happens with 300 days of sunshine and the Rocky Mountains in your back yard. My athletic endeavors started on the bike, I would get out and ride whenever I could. In 2011 I moved to Oxford, England for work. I missed the sunshine and mountains, but discovered my passion for running. When I moved back to Colorado I started combining cycling and running, so it was only natural that I started competing in triathlons. I took second place at my first sprint, and caught the bug. Today I'm training for my fourth Ironman.
