(July 28, 2016) – Balega International, a leading performance sock brand in the run and outdoor specialty market, announces its #BalegaTracks Steps Challenge, created to encourage attendees of Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2016 to count their steps for prizes. Daily Instagram winners who tag #BalegaTracks will be awarded prize packages from Balega brand partners. Designed to add a fun component to the long days at the show, the challenge begins Wednesday, August 3 at 9:00 a.m.
“We wanted to create a fun incentive to reward Outdoor Retailer attendees for all of their walking through the duration of the trade show. All posts using the hashtag #BalegaTracks from 9:00 a.m. MST on August 3 until Friday, August 5 at 6:00 p.m. MST count as an entry. There is no limit to the number of times participants can post, and each post counts as a new entry. Whether you’re walking to and from the main show floor, going out for an early morning run, or heading to a happy hour or dinner in downtown Salt Lake City, Balega wants to see all of your photos highlighting your steps walked.
Daily winners with creative Instagram posts will be awarded gift packages valued at over $200 from Sof Sole, Trigger Point, FuelBelt, Yaktrax and DryGuy. Winners will be shipped their prizes within two weeks following Outdoor Retailer.
