Race morning finally arrived at Bear Creek Lake Park, and it did not disappoint! The Littlefoot Sprint Triathlon delivered a perfect late-season vibe with a 750m swim in Big Soda Lake, a rolling 15K bike, and a fast 5K run through the foothills.
But… I made a costly last-minute mistake that nearly derailed the race. 😱 Even with the setback, I fought hard, stayed focused, and somehow managed to snag 1st place in my age group and finish 11th overall!
