The countdown is onβjustΒ 3 weeks until the Littlefoot Sprint TriathlonΒ at Bear Creek Lake Park! After taking 7 months off following IRONMAN Cozumel, Iβve been grinding my way back into race shape, and things are getting real.
This week, I mixed things up with some epic Colorado adventures:

Of course, Iβm still locked in on Littlefoot:

πββοΈ 5K run on scenic paths with mountain views
